Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP PPQM Consultant with expertise in SAP Digital Manufacturing DM to spearhead and execute manufacturing transformation projects.

The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive experience in SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), SAP S4HANA Manufacturing, and SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), with a proven ability to develop comprehensive manufacturing solutions for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the gathering of requirements, solution design, and implementation of SAP PP and QM processes
• Design and implement manufacturing solutions utilizing SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) integrated with SAP S4HANA
• Configure and provide support for
• Production Planning (PP)
• Production Orders
• Process Orders
• MRP/MRP Live
• Capacity Planning
• Repetitive Manufacturing
• Production Versions
• Shop Floor Execution
• Quality Planning and Inspection
• Quality Notifications and Quality Control
• Design and execute
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) integrations
• Machine Connectivity and IIoT scenarios
• Production Operator Dashboards (POD)
• Dispatching and Production Monitoring
• Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
• Traceability and Genealogy solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance manufacturing and quality processes
• Lead workshops for fit-gap assessments, blueprinting, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities
• Provide architectural oversight for manufacturing digital transformation initiatives
• Mentor junior consultants and engage in presales and solutioning efforts
