Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

• Serve as a Service Leader within the SRE Department
• Manage operational and tactical governance for the domains within scope
• Prioritize operational work and minor enhancement demand across the portfolio
• Convert business and service requirements into an executable backlog
• Coordinate day-to-day service delivery with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Track service performance, delivery progress, budget, and issue resolution
• Escalate service risks, bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies
• Enable continuous improvement focused on stability, efficiency, and flow
• Coordinate modernization and decommissioning activities
• Manage escalations and collect requirements and topics for Service Improvements
• Perform financial follow-up for in-scope areas and applications
• Support the Client DTO and TDBAGF Application teams in achieving maturity for Group Priority 0 KPIs and initiatives
• Own the demand intake model and enforce prioritization rules agreed with the business and suppliers
• Approve operational priorities within the agreed service and budget boundaries
