SENIOR, SOFTWARE ENGINEER - Java with Gen AI

Responsibilities:

• Lead backend development with Java, Scala, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
• Develop AI-first APIs and backend systems using Gen AI and Agentic AI tools.
• Architect reusable components and ensure technical feasibility with front-end systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain test suites and implement robust debugging practices.
• Apply design thinking to software development and prototype solutions iteratively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and drive adoption of new technologies.
