Senior Software Engineer - Java

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and provide expert advice to guide team members in applying best practices.
• Develop, execute, and improve action plans to meet customer and business needs.
• Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and implement effective solutions.
• Design, code, unit test, and deploy high-performance, scalable applications.
• Develop and support APIs and services that drive supply chain and customer experience functionality.
• Monitor progress and results, recognizing opportunities for improvement and adapting to changing demands.
• Model compliance with company policies, mission, values, and standards of ethics in all business practices.
• Assist and mentor others in applying company policies and best practices in executing business processes.
