Senior Software Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled software developer with 5-7 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will work across a variety of technologies and frameworks, upholding excellence in software development, deployment, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using the Spring Framework with proficiency.
• Demonstrate expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Docker, Oracle databases, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, Kubernetes, and Cassandra/NoSQL databases.
• Effectively clarify requirements and resolve blockers to ensure smooth story completion.
• Respond promptly to queries related to stories on the task board and provide accurate Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) estimations.
• Maintain comprehensive business and technical understanding of deployment procedures, and perform detailed code reviews.
• Follow established coding standards during development and peer reviews.
• Participate actively in grooming sessions and contribute constructive suggestions for project improvement.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved successfully.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Docker environments.
• Proficiency in Cassandra, SQL/NoSQL databases, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
• Experience working with Jenkins, GitLab, Kubernetes, Splunk, and Kibana.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Angular or React JS is a plus.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
