SENIOR, SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and document product features for the CCaaS platform.
• Build, test, and deploy scalable solutions impacting Walmart associates globally.
• Collaborate with Walmart engineering teams across geographies to share expertise and contribute to the tech community.
• Engage with Product Management to define priorities and deliver high-quality products.
• Contribute to both front-end and back-end development, managing end-to-end requirements.
• Work closely with Architects to ensure solutions meet established Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) standards.
