Job Description
- Work efficiently on transactional finance and accounting processes.
- Support AP invoice processing ensuring timely and accurate transaction completion.
- Handle multiple transactional processes concurrently.
- Create and maintain process documentation; monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for supported projects.
- Maintain and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proactively manage and resolve customer issues related to support requirements.
