Senior ServiceNow BPC\/BA # 3

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements for ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements for new ServiceNow processes.
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to validate solutions and ensure alignment with quality standards.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business and IT objectives.
• Identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and automate processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities.
• Conduct customer demos and explain platform capabilities effectively.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned project tasks, including user stories.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of application modules such as ITSM, HRSD, Self-Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ATF.
• Utilize GenAI – Now Assist features to enhance solution design and user experience.
• Apply deep knowledge of core table structures, common ServiceNow APIs, scoped applications, and Store apps/plugins.
• Work with inbound and outbound web services, specifically REST integrations within ServiceNow.
• Nice to have: Previous experience in ServiceNow development.
