Nair Systems is currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer (Offshore) for our UAE operations under the following terms & conditions.

Job Description:

•                 7–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service Cloud (mandatory), and declarative tools.

•                 Experience in technical design, architecture, and development for enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

•                 Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, data modelling, security architecture, and best practices.

•                 Extensive experience with integrations and APIs, including REST, SOAP, and third-party systems.

•                 Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, high-volume, performance-optimized Salesforce solutions.

•                 Capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues and support both strategic direction and hands-on development activities effectively.

•                 Experience with Education Cloud is good to have.

•                 Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications are preferred and considered a plus.

•                 Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
