Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

What You'll Do:

• We need Salesforce BAs with Salesforce implementation project experience.
• Lead requirements discussion with Business Stakeholders
• Conduct discovery sessions with client teams
• Guide Business Stakeholders on standard features of Salesforce
• Translate Business Requirements to Functional requirements
• Write detailed user stories
• Document process flows
• Work closely with technical architect to design the system
• Guide development team and make sure they understand business expectations
• Coordinate with business team on UAT and Go-Live
• Working experience on provider side like hospitals, clinic etc. will be a plus.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Experience should include Salesforce implementation experience and not just maintenance projects.
• 2-3 Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud Consultant preferred).
• Should have BE, MCA, MCM, BCS educational background.
• Preferrable to have Healthcare experience but not mandatory.
