Senior Sales Manager(Bancassurance)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle sales and business development in Bancassurance or insurance sector.
• Manage client relationships and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned region.
• Work across any insurance channel to drive growth and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and client servicing.
• Maintain records of sales, leads, and client interactions for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in insurance sales or Bancassurance.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently.
• Knowledge of insurance products and channels is essential.
