Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in a playing captain role. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing client relationships, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial investments and wealth management products.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
- Deliver exceptional client service by proactively addressing client needs and resolving concerns.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of relationship managers.
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven work environment.
- Ensure team members achieve their individual and collective goals.
Business Development:
- Leverage existing client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Drive wealth generation initiatives through innovative financial solutions.
Financial Expertise:
- Provide expert advice on a range of financial investments and products.
- Stay current with market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory developments.
- Create and present personalized financial plans and investment proposals.
Performance Management:
- Set and monitor performance targets for the team.
- Implement fast-track promotion and increment plans for high performers.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders through effective interpersonal engagement.
- Ensure transparent and timely communication across all levels.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Relationship Manager.
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred.
- Must hold NISM V-A and NISM XXI certifications.
- Proven ability to manage a client base and deliver high-quality client service.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investments, and wealth management products.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
