Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in a playing captain role. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing client relationships, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial investments and wealth management products.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by proactively addressing client needs and resolving concerns.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of relationship managers.
  • Foster a collaborative, performance-driven work environment.
  • Ensure team members achieve their individual and collective goals.

Business Development:

  • Leverage existing client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Drive wealth generation initiatives through innovative financial solutions.

Financial Expertise:

  • Provide expert advice on a range of financial investments and products.
  • Stay current with market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory developments.
  • Create and present personalized financial plans and investment proposals.

Performance Management:

  • Set and monitor performance targets for the team.
  • Implement fast-track promotion and increment plans for high performers.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders through effective interpersonal engagement.
  • Ensure transparent and timely communication across all levels.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Relationship Manager.
  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Must hold NISM V-A and NISM XXI certifications.
  • Proven ability to manage a client base and deliver high-quality client service.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investments, and wealth management products.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
