Senior ReactJs Developer

Qualification

• 10+ years of experience in UI development with a focus on React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tools and technologies.
• Experience building and maintaining largescale web applications and user portals with complex data interactions.
• Indepth knowledge of React and Redux, along with strong UI component design and state management skills.
• Experience working with Camunda or similar workflow engines, including integrating business process management BPM systems into web applications.
• Familiarity with Java-based platforms and backend integration, including REST APIs and web services.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and version control (Git).
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, and experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance optimization tools
• Ability to lead a team, provide mentorship, and drive technical direction.Lead the development and maintenance of responsive, high-performance web applications using React, Redux, and other modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross functional team product backend design to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Architect and build scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI components for large-scale applications.
• Work closely with the backend team to integrate and optimize Camunda-based workflows and Java platform services into the UI layer
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting to deliver a smooth user experience.
• Stay up to date with emerging UIUX trends, tools, and technologies, particularly around React and Java-based systems.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, helping to improve coding standards, practices, and team productivity.
