Key Responsibilities:

Establish day-to-day operational objectives and organize interdepartmental activities to ensure timely program completion
Manage change control processes and handle escalations
Assess program/initiative issues and risks, collaborating with stakeholders for resolution
Identify and communicate goals, risks, and results clearly
Conduct team meetings, document issues, and communicate project/IP development status
Monitor compliance with product/program/project schedules
Interact with senior management and executives within relevant functional areas

Minimum / Must-Have Skill Set:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in complete IP lifecycle development
Domain knowledge in IP design (front-end & back-end), verification, physical design, layout, and characterization
Deep technical expertise in DLL, PLL, LDO, ADC, DAC, and sensor design and bring-up
Experience in RTL to GDS flow for digital IPs and spec to GDS flow for analog/mixed-signal IPs
Experience with ASIC lifecycle development and MSIP design/verification
Desired knowledge of sensor controllers
Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MPP, Power BI)
Proven analytical skills in the VLSI domain
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to synchronize and motivate engineering leads toward common goals
