Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define design strategy and product vision
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for healthcare applications
• Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and UX standards for consistency
• Translate business requirements into intuitive and accessible user experiences
• Design scalable, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for complex healthcare systems
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing insights
• Ensure adherence to human-centered design principles throughout product lifecycle
• Work in agile environments with continuous collaboration and iteration
• Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and industry best practices
