Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and design direction
• Conduct user research, usability studies, and data analysis to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for healthcare applications
• Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices for product consistency
• Translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Work closely with stakeholders to align design solutions with business and user needs
• Design accessible, responsive, and scalable interfaces for complex healthcare systems
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results
• Ensure adherence to human-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle
• Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and industry best practices
