Senior Principal Techno / Functional Consultant - HCM

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis & Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional and technical designs for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Configuration & Customization: Configure HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation) and customize applications through BI Publisher reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Technical Leadership: Lead design for integrations, data migration, and reporting using Oracle tools like OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula.
• Implementation & Deployment: Manage end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, ensuring quality deliverables and timely completion.
• Support & Optimization: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
• Collaboration: Work with HR, IT teams, and third-party vendors; mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
• Documentation & Training: Prepare design documents, user manuals, and training materials; conduct end-user and administrator training sessions.
