Senior Principal Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate independently to deliver high-quality work products on Oracle Fusion HCM projects following Oracle methodologies and practices.
• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations across various modules.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver functional and technical configurations.
• Develop and maintain HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Reports, and Fast Formulas for custom business requirements.
• Design strategies for data migration/conversion and integration architecture between HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems.
• Provide guidance and expertise on proof of concepts and process optimization.
• Support users during UAT, training, and post-implementation phases.
• Ensure deliverables comply with quality standards and Oracle's best practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients, building strong professional relationships.
• Adapt flexibly to project situations and take on roles as required.
• Travel as needed (up to 50–75%) to client sites for project delivery and workshops.
