Senior Principal Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the architecture, installation, and operation of Middleware technologies.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Evaluate and implement new technology initiatives, particularly related to Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFMW).
• Serve as a key SME in Oracle Fusion Middleware, maintaining deep domain expertise in Middleware and third-party technologies (IBM, Tomcat, etc.).
• Respond to technical portions of RFPs and RFIs and provide solution recommendations.
• Plan and design complex integrations and lead day-to-day Middleware operations, including upgrades and migrations from legacy or non-Oracle platforms.
• Execute Middleware projects ranging from hands-on technical implementations to advisory consulting.
• Perform as-is and to-be architecture analysis and develop physical and logical architecture models for applications, web, and mid-tier environments.
• Design and maintain high-availability, clustering, and load-balanced Middleware environments.
• Monitor and ensure enterprise applications run effectively with rapid issue resolution in case of outages.
• Manage multiple environments (DEV, TEST, QA, PRD, DR) with awareness of environment-specific differences.
• Support 24/7 production operations as part of the on-call support team.
• Ensure proper release management, change management, and quality assurance during project life cycles.
