SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Develop detailed shutdown and turnaround schedules.
• Perform resource loading, manpower planning, and equipment allocation.
• Monitor project progress and productivity.
• Conduct critical path analysis and identify potential delays.
• Prepare recovery schedules and mitigation plans.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Teams, and Clients.
• Track project KPIs, earned value, and schedule performance.
• Support project cost control and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Primavera P6 Certification preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in EPC, Shutdown, and Turnaround projects.
• Strong experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Petrochemical facilities.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and major industrial project requirements preferred.
