Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive people strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning

Team Leadership & Development

Employee Lifecycle Management

Stakeholder & Business Partnering

Project & Program Management

  • Lead cross-functional HR projects across multiple geographies
