Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and lead long-term product strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.

Product Development Oversight:

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to development, testing, and launch.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful product execution.

Market & Customer Insights:

• Conduct competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to guide product enhancements and strategic decisions.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers and analysts, promoting innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Financial & Performance Accountability:

• Own product P&L, define KPIs, and monitor product performance to ensure measurable business impact and ROI.

Process Optimization:

• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in product development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
