What will I be doing
- Processing Payment metrics (decline rates, processing, payouts, etc.)
- Proactively communicating on Production issues to customers.
- Handling Disputes and consulting with merchants when they need help managing their disputes or trends
- Tracking Operational task efficiency (onboarding merchants, device logistics and support, working with partners to hold them accountable for SLAs, etc.)
- Identifying and executing opportunities to automate or outsource activities
- Partnering with product engineering to ensure the product and features are operable by design
- Partnering with Processors to resolve high priority Operation issues.
- Representing the platform in customer discussions and handle escalated accounts due to operational issues
- Driving RCA and other feedback and data analysis to learn from current and improve the future
What Skills do I need
- Ability to handle escalations and resolve issues quickly
- Experience in Payments domain is highly desirable.
- 5-8 years of experience in managing payment/acquiring operations for a payment processor, banks, or other financial institutions.
- Exposure to global payments landscape is preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Self-motivation and goal-orientation, desire to deliver results
- Ability to work with multiple teams to achieve results
