What will I be doing

  • Processing Payment metrics (decline rates, processing, payouts, etc.)
  • Proactively communicating on Production issues to customers.
  • Handling Disputes and consulting with merchants when they need help managing their disputes or trends
  • Tracking Operational task efficiency (onboarding merchants, device logistics and support, working with partners to hold them accountable for SLAs, etc.)
  • Identifying and executing opportunities to automate or outsource activities
  • Partnering with product engineering to ensure the product and features are operable by design
  • Partnering with Processors to resolve high priority Operation issues.
  • Representing the platform in customer discussions and handle escalated accounts due to operational issues
  • Driving RCA and other feedback and data analysis to learn from current and improve the future

What Skills do I need

  • Ability to handle escalations and resolve issues quickly
  • Experience in Payments domain is highly desirable.
  • 5-8 years of experience in managing payment/acquiring operations for a payment processor, banks, or other financial institutions.
  • Exposure to global payments landscape is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Self-motivation and goal-orientation, desire to deliver results
  • Ability to work with multiple teams to achieve results
