Senior Oracle EPM Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of EPM projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable EPM solutions.
• Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot complex business rules, configurable rules, integrations, and automations.
• Mentor and provide knowledge sharing to project teams, fostering their professional growth and technical capability.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with customer stakeholders to deliver projects successfully and on schedule.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle EPM Cloud technologies, industry standards, and best practices, recommending improvements where applicable.
• Conduct periodic assessments and optimization initiatives to help customers maximize the value of their EPM investments.
• Deliver comprehensive project documentation and artifacts in compliance with customer and Oracle standards.
