Job Description
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the service and operations department in alignment with overall organizational goals.
- Provide vision and direction to achieve excellence in service delivery.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams across regions, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
- Service Delivery:
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of Electronic Security, Fire Detection/Suppression, IBMS & allied systems solutions.
- Ensure service quality, responsiveness, and timely issue resolution.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Regional Operations:
- Efficiently manage service and operations activities across multiple regions.
- Implement standardized processes while considering regional variations and requirements.
- Performance Metrics:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team and individual performance.
- Regularly assess and improve operational efficiency based on metrics.
