Job Description
- Be part of a new in-house OKTA technical team providing support for a complex platform and a large, diverse user base
- Liaison with internal OpCo s and external customers from a support perspective delivering a first-class service experience
- Ensure that audit standards are adhered to in regard to attestations and management of identities and service accounts
- Assist in reporting on all aspects of the OKTA environments for security and audit requirements
- To support the implementation of strategic IDAM objectives in conjunction with the IDAM Architects.
- To provide technical 2 nd Line support to a wide user base
- To provide support to application integrations into the OKTA service for the purpose of authentication and authorisation.
- Set Up Org2org and SCIM Configuration In OKTA
- To manage designated technical team members
- To maintain CMDB Service Catalogue technical documentation relating to IDAM configuration items
- To participate in the IDAM Change Management process
