Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Maintain good productivity and quality as per quality standards.
- Follow-up and leading the all employees in the shift.
- Assigning work location for contract employees based on their skills.
- Maintain SIC boards and update without fail.
- Giving production update on groups' hourly basis without delay
- Identifying the running issues (Maintenance & Quality) and rectifying without delay.
- Planning the maintenance for major & critical equipment's.
- Verifying the batch code on the printing machine as per picklist.
- Cross check the batch code on bags and printing machine as per picklist.
- Checking the FP bags floor stock as per SKU wise.
- Checking the Packing FP bags as per SKU without contamination.
- Checking the stitching & printing quality of bag without complaint.
- Checking the all Raw material bin stocks and floor stock
- Checking the Premix batches reliving stock and floor stock.
- Checking the batching formula as per picklist.
- Checking the condition of major equipment's. (extruder, pellet mill, hammer mills, Pulverizers e.t.c..
- Checking the grinding quality as per quality standards.
- Checking the pellet quality as per quality standards.
- Checking the condition of boiler steam pressure and husk requirement.
- Checking the Premix materials and stocks as per formula.
- Checking the Oils condition and stocks as per formula
- Checking the condition of mixer mixing quality. (wet and dry)
- Raising work orders in SAP for production as per plan before start plant.
- Closing the work orders in SAP without delay (when packing completed).
- Changing the batch no's as per picklist wise.
- Inspecting overall plant equipment's in every shift. (checking all floors equipment's)
- Maintain the overall plant clean and complete lubrication without cobwebs.
- Maintain the all records as per our requirement. (BAP, Equipment History card,PTW e.t.c..)
- Shift wise updating of Fact win down times with proper reasons.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Maintaining accurate shift reports of production metrics & quality inspections and safety incidents .
- Maintaining or upadting the consumables of machinery (Sieves & Beaters e.t.c..)
- Maintaining/ Update the required spares (V Belts & Bearings & seals e.t.c.)
Preferred candidate profile:
- Candidate from Floating Fish feed background is preferred.
- Having experience in extruder maintenance is required
