Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of large transition programs across geographies
  • Support pre-planning and solutioning including timelines, budgets, resources, and cost estimation
  • Manage due diligence, knowledge transfer, ramp-up planning, and deployment strategies
  • Establish governance frameworks for complex transformation programs
  • Track and report project risks, delays, progress, and cost impacts
  • Manage deal financials, business cases, and ongoing budget tracking
  • Ensure successful stabilization of operations post go-live
  • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for smooth transition delivery
  • Drive change management and risk mitigation strategies
  • Develop communication plans and governance reporting frameworks
  • Maintain transition methodologies, case studies, and documentation
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, recruitment, and training teams for execution support
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and senior executive interactions
  • Ensure adherence to speed, cost, and quality standards in delivery
  • Manage client expectations and ensure contract alignment during transitions
