Role & responsibilities

Customer Master Management (CCA) :

• CCA Head performs Contract Admin.
• Functions including Customer master creation, modification, and configuration in system.
• Collaborate with Planning & Costing, Sales & Operations team to ensure accurate updating in Navision (ERP) & highlight exceptions & KPI reporting for the team.

People Management:

• Lead CCA team and meet KPI for the team.
• Focus on automation to improve accuracy and productivity.
• Train and develop new team members.
• Successor planning.

Quality and Governance:

• Meet governance requirements as group guidance. Meet Top 10 CFO controls.
• Conduct Audits for work done by team members.
• Internal and statutory audits.

Procedures:

• Follow established procedures for customer creations and modification.
• Highlighting contract renewal/expiry cases & rate updates.
• Track portfolio changes, Rate Revisions
• Track agreement/PO expiry
• Confirm back changes to P & C & operational teams post updating in Navision

Customer Relationship Management

• Investigate and resolve customer queries.
• Coordinate with P & C, Operations, Regional teams, and customers to qualify and resolve disputes.
