Senior Manager, Finance

• Lead consolidation of overall entity P&L and financial reporting

• Drive short-term and long-range financial planning

• Collaborate with senior management and tech finance teams to achieve financial goals

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and partner teams (Tech, MDM, Data)

• Manage planning, forecasting, and reporting workflows

• Oversee dashboards, reporting packages, and planning scenarios

• Support data reconciliation and financial accuracy

• Coordinate with technology teams for application development and enhancements

• Design and improve financial models, planning processes, and applications

• Perform impact assessments for system and process changes

• Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance standards

• Mentor team members and drive capability development

• Participate in hiring and team building initiatives
