We're looking for a Sr. Manager – Employee Experience to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee journey across all touchpoints.
What You'll Do:
Design and execute strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Oversee employee lifecycle programs, from onboarding to alumni engagement.
Leverage people analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
Collaborate with leadership to shape an inclusive, vibrant workplace culture.
Who We're Looking For:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
7+ years of experience with a strong track record in HR and employee engagement.
Innovative mindset with a passion for driving cultural and organizational impact.
Proficiency in people analytics and HR technologies.
