Job Description

Sales Enablement & Deal Support

  • Support sales teams in onboarding and enablement to be revenue-ready quickly.
  • Assist in pricing, proposal creation, and deal reviews.
  • Provide visibility of upcoming deals to executives and create frameworks to facilitate decision-making.

Deal Structuring & Commercial Strategy

  • Act as a strategic partner to the sales organization, overseeing deal construct, review, approval, and negotiation.
  • Develop negotiation strategies to optimize contract terms while protecting customer trust.
  • Ensure pricing integrity and alignment with overall business objectives.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Coordinate information flow across Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, Product Management, and other teams.
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop tools, processes, templates, and collateral to strengthen the sales engine.

Strategic & Analytical Contribution

  • Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and drive deal closure with strong commercial acumen.
  • Analyze complex situations, provide insights, and influence executive-level decisions.
