Senior Manager – Commercial Loans (Working Capital)

We are looking for experienced professionals in the Commercial Loans – Working Capital segment to manage business lending activities, develop customer relationships, and drive loan disbursements across assigned locations.

Overall Experience:

• 7+ years.Relevant Experience: Minimum 4 years in Commercial Loans / Working Capital Finance.
• Candidates from banks, NBFCs, and Small Finance Banks are eligible.
• Preference for candidates from Small Finance Banks.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending, working capital products, credit processes, and customer acquisition.
• Proven track record in business development and achieving lending targets.Good communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Important NoteCandidates from Bajaj Finance are not eligible (no-poach restriction).Candidates must have relevant commercial lending / working capital experience.
