Senior Manager Accounts

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, taxation, and audits
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, budgets, and variance analysis
• Ensure accurate and timely finalization and closure of accounts
• Guide and prepare segmental reporting across various business units
• Ensure timely payments and legal compliance related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory areas
• Liaise with consultants to ensure all statutory compliance is completed on schedule
• Coordinate with the Company Secretary consultant for board meetings, minutes, filings, and other statutory requirements
• Assess current accounting practices and propose improvements
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support management with decision-making data
• Develop and mentor finance team members through training, performance management, and goal setting
