Job Description

Job Summary

This position requires effective communication, stakeholder management, risk identification, change management, issue resolution and presentation skills.

  1. Manages project from PIF till filing in coordination with CFT comprising of Formulation, Analytical, Regulatory, Quality, API, MSTG, BD
  2. Knowledge of PM tools (MS projects, CCPM)
  3. Maintains project plans and regularly updates in software
  4. Manages project timelines, cost and scope
  5. Prepares and updates project status for management meetings
  6. Understand development lifecycle and issues to escalate in-time for resolution
  7. Understands working processes, importance of following the right process
  8. Conducts stage gate meetings as per relevant norms
  9. Effective coordination and right communication between various CFT members to make them aware of company s priority, towards achieving shared goals
  10. Timely query responses from CFT members for on-time filing and approval
  11. Identifies project risks, works with CFT towards mitigation
  12. Timely escalation of issues to facilitate amenable resolution
