Senior Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth production of our products at Contract Manufacturers as per our defined and agreed SOP s / GMP s / Quality Norms.
• Providing technical support to site and helping them in finding the root causes of failures and consumer complaints.
• Take care of change management, if any, at contract manufacturers.
• Participate in preparing HACCP / QMS / SOP s / BMR/BPRs at contract manufacturing sites.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement efforts, review FG COAs and helping CMO sites in case of deviations.
• Work with RD FRD team and lead on new projects for effective trials and industrialization of products.
• Facilitating LL MSTG team to create, review and share site specific documentation for existing as well new product launches.
• Work with CMO sites to optimize manufacturing processes to improve product quality, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
