Senior Legal Manager

1. Handling and reviewing legal collections and other legal issue.
2. Travelling across India for reviewing and monitoring of collections.
3. Initiation of arbitration, conduction and obtaining of awards.
4. Monitor Arbitration Centers and address the issues.
5. Handling all legal cases / issues / notices / customer complaints.
6. Consolidation of MIS on Cases Against Bank, Cases by the Bank such as SARFAESI, Lok Adalat, EP and S.138 cases.
7. Handling of all RBI and BO Complaints.
8. Should be managing a PAN India team
9. Overseeing the legal aspects of business operations and transactions.
10. Managing relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
11. Providing guidance on labor law, intellectual property, and contract disputes.
12. Developing and implementing legal strategies to protect the organizations interests.
13. Conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in laws and regulations.

Academic and professional Qualification:

• Minimum qualification required-LLB(Either five years integrated course or three years course) from a reputed university.

Experience:

• 10+ years post qualification experience required in any NBFC.
