Senior Lead - Applications (AP2)

Role Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and troubleshoot Windows and VMware environments.
• Execute kernel patching and add storage as per database requirements.
• Automate monitoring tasks using scripting techniques.
• Collaborate with L3 SMEs for unresolved issues and assist with vendor coordination.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in Engineering or Science.
• OS 201, Windows Server Administration, and Virtualization certifications are desirable.
• Experience with VMware, antivirus tools, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and process compliance skills for issue resolution and documentation.
