We are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems and software applications.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.
• Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall IT support processes and user experience.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on new technologies and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPNs.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 administration.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and incident management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with users and team members.
