Senior IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles using Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre , and Cutshort .
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings , scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor sourcing strategies.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements:

• 5 to 8years of IT recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in sourcing using Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre , and Cutshort .
• Strong understanding of technical roles and IT terminologies .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work from the Bangalore office 3 days a week.
• Only Immediate availability to join

Good To Have Skills :

• Familiarity with ATS platforms like Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and outcome-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.
