Key Responsibilities

People Strategy & HR Operations

  • Design and implement comprehensive people practices aligned with business goals
  • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, engagement, development, and exit management
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
  • Ensure effective performance management systems and processes are in place

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage staffing strategies aligned with business demand and organizational structure

Business Partnership & Strategic Alignment
