Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable solutions that drive company growth and enhance client experiences. This role requires analytical thinking, technical excellence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global research and trading teams to deliver innovative trading solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex technical problems and make sound, proactive technical decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications with a focus on ReactJS (v16) and NodeJS.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code that supports scalability and performance goals.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance existing solutions.
• Collaborate with global research and trading teams to design and deliver innovative solutions.
• Provide day-to-day application support and troubleshooting.
• Develop and design white-label trading platforms tailored to client needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in JavaScript-based full stack development using NodeJS and ReactJS.
• 4+ years of experience in applying design principles with proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and SASS.
• 2+ years of experience with relational databases (SQL) and best practices in database design.
• Hands-on experience with NGINX, load balancing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in Git for version control and collaboration.
• Working knowledge of TCP standards, network protocols, and real-time systems.
• At least 2+ years of experience on Unix platforms (preferably RHEL).
• Prior experience in FinTech or trading systems is preferred.
