Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Conduct site visits for due diligence, including technical inspections and site measurements.
  2. Coordinate with the design and project team to ensure accurate floor plans, SLD, and SDRs are prepared.
  3. Oversee outsourced contractors, ensuring quality and quantity of work meet the approved specifications.
  4. Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to the operations and maintenance teams, clearing any snag points promptly.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day activities of vendors, ensuring efficient site operations.
  2. Inspect materials against the approved BOQ and ensure construction follows the PERT chart for timely completion.
  3. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project execution.
