Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve targeted revenue for the assigned region as per management goals.
  • Prepare and present sales quotations and proposals to current and prospective clients.
  • Review contracts for new clients and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in CRM.
  • Provide monthly sales reports to the National Sales Head – Food Assurance, India.
  • Develop and execute the territory sales plan.
  • Lead, monitor, and support sales activities and performance of Business Development Managers/Executives.
  • Support regional marketing activities to promote Eurofins programs.
  • Regularly update management on competitors, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry associations.
  • Proactively identify at-risk customers and implement retention strategies.
  • Manage payment collection processes for the region.
  • Assist in scheduling client audits and coordinating with audit teams.
  • Review and recommend improvements to customer service, enquiry handling, and sales management procedures.
  • Travel to various cities to meet customers and represent Eurofins.
  • Support recruitment and deployment of subcontractor auditors and trainers as needed.
  • Promote Eurofins programs through targeted strategic marketing activities.
  • Provide input for the development of new programs, such as standards or second-party audits.
