Job Description

Key Deliverables

  1. Manage blue-collar manpower lifecycle including recruitment, deployment, and exit.
  2. Handle attrition, absenteeism, and attendance to ensure workforce stability.
  3. Lead employee engagement efforts and resolve grievances promptly.
  4. Address payroll and incentive-related queries, maintaining accurate reporting.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Oversee large-scale manpower operations across multiple locations.
  2. Ensure compliance with policies and effective collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
  3. Generate and share workforce reports regularly.
  4. Utilize MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data management and communication.
