Key Deliverables
- Manage blue-collar manpower lifecycle including recruitment, deployment, and exit.
- Handle attrition, absenteeism, and attendance to ensure workforce stability.
- Lead employee engagement efforts and resolve grievances promptly.
- Address payroll and incentive-related queries, maintaining accurate reporting.
