Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Oversee manpower life cycle, including recruitment, deployment, and exit processes.
- Manage attendance, attrition, absenteeism, and payroll/incentive-related activities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and handle grievance redressal.
- Generate and share regular manpower reports with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise blue-collar workforce operations across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and resolve payroll queries promptly.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to streamline operations.
- Utilize MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to manage data and presentations effectively.
