Job Description

Key Deliverables

  1. Oversee blue-collar workforce management, focusing on recruitment, deployment, and exit processes.
  2. Handle attendance, absenteeism, and attrition management while ensuring adherence to company policies.
  3. Lead employee engagement initiatives, addressing grievances and enhancing employee satisfaction.
  4. Manage payroll queries, incentive calculations, and prepare regular data reports for stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Manage the full life cycle of blue-collar manpower, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
  2. Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve workforce efficiency.
  3. Implement strategies to reduce attrition and improve employee retention.
  4. Oversee payroll management, data reporting, and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.
