Senior Estimation Engineer - Steel Structural Project

We are seeking a Senior Estimation Engineer specializing in steel structural projects to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately estimating structural and miscellaneous steel as per AISC standards, preparing comprehensive proposals, and handling large or complex projects while collaborating with the Project Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimating Structural & Miscellaneous steel as per AISC standards.
• Prepare the proposal document with proper inclusions & exclusions.
• Proficient in understanding the structural steel design documents, structural drawings, and Architectural drawings.
• Evaluates and reviews engineering documentation such as drawings, specifications, and scope of works to understand the requirements of the project.
• Provides detailed and accurate material and component take-offs against the technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work documents.
• Handling of large/complex projects and working on customized solutions.
• Coordinates with the Project Management team to collect input regarding execution strategy and total project solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications:

• B.E. or B.Tech. / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical.

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in estimating Steel Structures with AISC standards.

Skills:

• Sound Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Proficient in structural steel design documents, structural drawings and Architectural drawings.
• Strong in Documentation.
• Experienced in Project Handling and Proposal preparation.
• Knowledge of Engineering principles and Review Engineering Documentation.
• Expertise in Project Estimation adhering to AISC Standard and American Standard.
