Senior Engineer - Solutions QA

Responsibilities:

• Participate in test planning activities with Solution Architects for Integration, UAT, and HAT cases.
• Verify and validate JSON data structures for solution accuracy.
• Conduct end-to-end solution testing to ensure system reliability.
• Support the enablement and ramp-up of support teams post-deployment.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional and non-functional testing scenarios.
• Understand solution architecture to identify potential gaps and enhance robustness.
• Design and implement KPI dashboards for performance monitoring using tools like Influx and Grafana.
• Act as the first level of debugging support for the solution team and internal customers.
• Demonstrate ownership and proactiveness in handling client delivery activities.
• Engage in in-house trial and error testing to optimize client solutions.
