Senior Engineer - Product Support

• Responsible for production job monitoring and issue fixing
• Responsible for incident management as per SLA
• Responsible for custom enhancements and bug fixes
• Responsible for all regular production involving IDV process
• Responsible for migrating all activities related to IDV process
• Effectively communicating technical and non-technical issues with the business and other technology user groups

What You Need :

• 3-5 years of strong experience on Application Production Support.
• Strong in PL/SQL,SQL, Hadoop and UNIX scripting.
• Strong in UNIX Commands, .Experience in scripting language like Unix Shell.
• Experience in Autosys, monitoring the jobs, and scheduling the jobs.
• Experience with incident management and open for On-call Support.
• Knowledge on Informatica and DMX (ETL) an added advantage.
• Willing to work in any shifts and on weekends- (IST/EST/MST) - 24*7.
• Good Analytical skills and Attitude to learn new technologies.
